Personal Contract Purchase: Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) is a funding method where you can lease a vehicle for a set period and at a fixed monthly charge.
At the end of the contract, you can opt to pay a balloon payment in order to buy the vehicle outright. Alternatively, you can return the vehicle with no further payments due. The monthly charge is calculated based upon the initial cost of the vehicle, the mileage covered, the period of the agreement and the estimated value of the vehicle at the end of the contract.
